- Prepared Master Plan for additional 18-Hole Championship Golf Course on adjacent 450 acres. Primary consideration was to route 18 holes with an adjoining real estate development in such a way that residential areas would have minimal impact on golf course. |

Prepared Master Plan and 18-Hole Golf Course Routing of 3,000 acres. Plan
included areas of Commercial, Retail, Office, Residential and Recreational with
the Golf Course being the center piece. Also did original site evaluation
and feasibility study.
