Our firm has been involved with more than 250 projects over the past 25 years throughout the Southeast.  Our projects include master plans for 12 major golf courses including the Old Overton Club and Eagle Point Golf Club in Birmingham Al.  We also prepared the original master plans and feasibility study for Greystone Golf Community, and are currently working on the renovation of Vestavia Country Club in Birmingham, Al. We are also currently developing Tartan Pines in Enterprise Al,  Moore's Mill Golf Club in Auburn Al, and a First Tee Program in Fort Smith Arkansas.

Our firm has capabilities in determining the strategy and feasibility of either renovating, or developing a golf course or golf course community at any site in the world.  By evaluating the golf market area, for a particular course, we can determine  the potential number of rounds played and the potential operational costs associated with it.  

Our firm can determine and study the physical characteristics of a site and determine the most feasible layout for a golf community.  This includes the routing of the golf course as well as the layout of all other land-use types such as; streets, roads, lots commercial area, and recreation areas.  

Our firm has the capabilities to prepare detailed drawings to illustrate design and construction techniques for the proposed improvements.  This includes layout plans, grading and drainage plans, grassing plans, tee box and green designs.  Also included is a complete set of specifications and bidding documents related to the plans.

Our firm can perform scheduling, supervision, quality control, budget control, and inspection services on a project from the start of construction through final inspection.  We can provide all of the services required for a "Turn Key" project.
